ByteRescue Continuity · For Business

When one device can stop the whole team, have a plan that gets work moving again.

Practical local support for Chicago teams of roughly 1–10 people that rely on laptops, phones, Wi-Fi, cloud accounts, and printers—but do not have in-house IT.

Share the situation first. An inquiry does not create a contract or guaranteed response time.

Practical coverage

Support built around the interruptions small offices actually face.

Start with the problem in front of you. We stabilize what we can, explain the next decision, and help coordinate the path back to normal work.

01

Urgent device recovery

Onsite triage, stabilization, temporary equipment, and a clear repair or replacement path.

02

Employee onboarding

Get laptops, email, cloud accounts, printers, and basic workspace access ready for a new hire.

03

Employee offboarding

Support device return, customer-directed account steps, data handoff, and preparation for the next user.

04

Wi-Fi and office basics

Check routers, mesh networks, printers, cabling, and device connectivity in small offices.

05

Backup-access checks

Confirm that important data, accounts, and recovery information can actually be reached when needed.

06

Repair coordination

Handle intake, risk explanation, quote approval, specialist handoff, status updates, and return.

How to engage

Start on demand. Build a repeatable plan from real needs.

One urgent job can reveal repeat risks. We document what happened and recommend only the level of support your team can use.

Clear working boundaries

Access is limited to the work you authorize.

Business support can involve devices, accounts, and important data. We establish who can authorize the work, what access is needed, and how equipment is handed back before we proceed.

Least access necessary

We request only the access needed for the agreed task. Customer information is treated as confidential, and passwords and multi-factor codes stay under customer control whenever practical.

Authorized decisions

Account changes, data transfer, resets, wiping, disposal, and offboarding steps require an authorized customer contact and explicit approval.

Documented device handoff

Device, accessories, visible condition, authorized work, and the next destination are confirmed at pickup and return.

Outside our scope

We do not bypass security controls, monitor employees, investigate misconduct, or make legal or compliance decisions for the customer.

Final scope and pricing are quoted separately by email before work begins.

Business inquiry

Tell us what your team cannot afford to lose access to.

We review team size, location, devices, the current interruption, and the outcome you need. Then we tell you whether the request fits our scope and capacity.
